Changyu CABERNET dry red wine's selected input is the CABERNET GERNISCHT grapes especially from Zone C of our country's famous vineyard area renowned for "World Grape: Town of Wines" - Yantai Vineyard. The brewing process includes 48-hour low temperature immersion, through regulated temperature fermentation and constant temperature leaching, and through natural idle and settling; the output is then poured into oak barrels imported from Allier area in France for vinting period of 18 months. It will be aged in the cellar as bottled wine for another 9 months or more in constant temperature to add a perfect touch. The wine gives ruby red color and possesses the typical aroma of CABERNET GERNISCHT. Its rich fruit aroma and thick spirit fragrance plus the elegant oak wood smell all balanced in harmony. The fragrances are intricate but ethereally that each compensates others. The tannin is delicate and soft. The mouth feel is mellow and mature. The wine body is plump and gives complex delight in the mouth that has long lasting finish.

The Premium Changyu CABERNET dry red wine's selected input is the CABERNET GERNISCHT and CABERNET SAUVIGNON grapes from Zone B of the famous vineyard area renowned for "World Grape: Town of Wines" - Yantai Vineyard. The brewing process includes advanced regulated temperature immersion and fermentation. The output is then poured into oak barrels imported from Allier area in France for vinting period of 12 months. It will be aged in the cellar after the bottling for another 6 months or more. The wine gives ruby red color and possesses the typical aroma of CABERNET GERNISCHT and the elegant oak wood smell. The rich aromas are intricate but balanced. The mouth feel is mellow and mature, pure and exquisite. The wine body is plump and the wine has long lasting finish.
