TASTING NOTES/產品特征

This particular vintage is an elegant, stylish wine with a pale straw color and aromas of fresh white peach and a hint of fig and almond meal. The palate is tight and refreshing with delicate citrus and stone fruit flavors. The alcohol gives the wine a creamy mouth-feel while the acid keeps the wine in balance. It can be enjoyed now but if stored correctly will cellar for up to 3-5 years from vintage.

A wonderful accompaniment to Lemon Chicken sprinkled with finely chopped coriander and ginger and served with steamed rice. Equally it would be delicious with a seafood hot pot or pan-fried veal.
