香氣：香氣獨特，酒香中散髮着多種紅色漿果香氣（包括：梅子和黑梅），夾雜着絲絲巧克力與烤咖啡的香氣

口感：入口時可體會到果香中滲透着太妃糖的怡人香味，酒體圓融，丹寧香味成熟，令酒的層次更顯得豐富，整體結合均衡

醞釀時間：存放於法制的橡木桶內陳釀9個月，並于裝瓶后至少滿8個月方安排出廠

酒度：13.5%（V/V）
